Yaman Bergolak....Demontrasi Anti Pemerintah di Yaman Tuntut Presiden Saleh Mundur

Puluhan Ribu Warga Yaman Turun ke Jalan, Tuntut Presiden Saleh Mundur. Demontrasi menuntut pemerintah berkuasa mundur kembali terjadi di Yaman. Puluhan ribu massa turun ke jalan di kota Sanaa, Ibukota Yaman. Mereka menuntut Presiden Yaman, Ali Abdullah Saleh turun dari tahtanya setelah berkuasa 32 tahun.

“Kami di sini untuk menurunkan sebuah rezim korup dan tirani,” kata Najib Ghanem, anggota parlemen dari partai Al-Islah Islam yang dimiliki oleh aliansi Forum umum dari partai oposisi, seperti dikutip dari situs AFP, Jumat (4/2/2011).

Aksi tersebut digelar sehari setelah Presiden Ali berjanji akan lengser dari tahtanya pada 2013 mendatang. Namun hal tersebut rupanya tidak dijkendaki oleh para pendukung demokrasi di Yaman.Aksi anti pemerintahan ini diawali dengan longmarch dari Universitas Sanaa menuju pusat kota.

“Pemberontakan keadilan mulai di Tunisia. Itu berlanjut sampai sekarang di Mesir, dan Yaman besok akan bebas dari ketidakadilan,” ujar para anti pemerintah lewat pengeras suara.

Demontrasi Anti Pemerintah di Yaman Tuntut Presiden Saleh Mundur

Namun massa anti pro pemerintah seperti yang terjadi di Mesir juga terulang di Yaman. Demonstran Pro-Ali juga keluar dengan jumlah puluhan ribu. Mereka juga menyerukan dukungannya kepada presiden berkuasa dan menunding para demontran anti pemerintah sebagai para pengacau.

“Kami dengan Ali Abdullah Saleh Kami dengan Yaman. Pihak oposisi ingin menghancurkan Yaman. Dan tidak untuk kehancuran, tidak untuk hasutan,”ujar para pro pemerintah lewat spanduk yang dibawanya. (her/mei)
