When Apple released the iPhone in 2007, they changed the way the world communicated, interacted, and, in general, lived. As little as 20 years ago, the Internet was a rare commodity. Then, even 10 years ago, nobody would have imagined holding the Internet in their hand. Or having a touch screen device loaded down with apps and other tools that make life easier yet can also fit in the palm of your hand.

The iPhone has had an immense impact on the world, as millions of people have fallen in love with their phone and couldn’t live without it. The iPhone has had changed the world in hundreds of ways, so here’s a compressed list of 10 ways that the iPhone is changing the world.

7. Voice memos and reminders can keep people organized.

Oftentimes, people forget things they need to do if it’s not for fun. But, people need to get stuff done, so they post a reminder on their iPhone. That way they get everything completed and have more time to do the things they enjoy.

8. Everyone has a camera on them at all times.

Viral videos don’t make themselves. With the touch of a screen, anybody can have a camera and take videos and pictures at any time. That the way the priceless pictures and home videos get taken and aren’t left for just verbal stories.

9. Integration with social networks.

Facebook and Twitter are quickly sweeping around the world, and anybody now has access from anywhere. Updating a status and liking a friend’s vacation album has never been easier. People can finally stay up-to-date on their friends’ viral lives and allows Facebook to flourish and reach its potential.

With everybody now able to contact each other at any time and have the Inernet whenever they want, the world is becoming better connected and smaller. Suddenly, your family across the Atlantic Ocean doesn’t seem so far away.
As the iPhone has grown, so too has other college products such as RageHats, Netfllix, and, of course, more beer. It’s only a matter of time until the next big thing comes out, and, when it does, we’ll all be lining up outside the stores ready to buy.
